About the City of Grapevine Parks and Recreation Department 

The City of Grapevine is located in DFW. Its historic main street and other attractions provide a place for both tourists and locals to enjoy. The Parks and Recreation Department is comprised of different divisions. In particular, the Community Events Division is in charge of creating events that are family-friendly and provide a range of events for the citizens of Grapevine and those in surrounding areas to enjoy. One event is a full immersion Halloween event, The Grapeyard. Other events include the Christmas event: Carol of Lights, a mother/daughter event, father/son event, and more. It is of high importance that events are affordable or free and cater to a variety of patrons. An opportunity to work for the City of Grapevine is sure to be one of the best and most valued experiences a person could have.
